The responsibility of being ‘100% agave tequila’ leads us to move through calm but precise processes of cooking, resting, grinding, fermentation, and traditional distillation. These processes have been reinterpreted for our time, in order to produce a product that is placed in a worthy vessel by the same hands of the people entrusted with exalting the fruit of their land and labor, within the distillery facilities.
The heart, the raw material of our Nobleza 33, lies in the generous mature cores of the Agave Tequilana Weber var. Azul, with a minimum age of 5 years and signs of maturity. These cores are skillfully harvested and trimmed with the precision of an inch and without a sprout. The slicing is done manually to achieve uniform cooking.
